  • ½ tsp black sesame seeds (or regular sesame seeds)
  • Salt & black pepper (to taste)
  • Microgreens or fresh dill (for garnish)

Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Asparagus:

  1. Heat a small pan over medium heat and add olive oil.
  2. Sauté asparagus for 2-3 minutes, seasoning with a pinch of salt and black pepper.
  3. Remove from heat and set aside.

2️⃣ Toast the Bread:

  1. Lightly toast the sourdough slices until golden and crisp.

3️⃣ Assemble the Toast:
