  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

For the Mashed Potatoes:

  • 2 lbs potatoes (peeled and diced)
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • Fresh chives (chopped (for garnish))

Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Lobster Tails:

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Using kitchen scissors, cut the top of each lobster shell lengthwise to expose the meat. Gently pull the meat out of the shell and rest it on top, leaving the end attached.
  3. Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet.

2️⃣ Make the Garlic Herb Butter Sauce:

  1. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, thyme, paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. Brush the butter mixture generously over the exposed lobster meat.

3️⃣ Bake the Lobster Tails:

  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.
  2. Baste with more butter sauce halfway through baking for extra flavor.

4️⃣ Prepare the Mashed Potatoes:

  1. Boil the diced potatoes in salted water for 15-20 minutes, or until fork-tender.
