- Preheat a grill pan or toaster. Brush each slice of bread with a little olive oil.
- Toast the bread slices for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crisp. Rub the toasted bread lightly with the cut side of the garlic clove for extra flavor.
2️⃣ Cook the Tomatoes:
- Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the halved cherry tomatoes and cook for 3–4 minutes until softened and slightly blistered. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
3️⃣ Assemble the Bruschetta:
- Spread torn pieces of burrata generously over each slice of toasted bread.
- Spoon the warm, blistered cherry tomatoes over the burrata.
4️⃣ Garnish and Serve:
- Sprinkle chopped fresh basil over each bruschetta.
- Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze if desired.
- Season with additional salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste.
- Garnish with whole basil leaves for a finishing touch.
