- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp chopped cilantro
- Salt and pepper (to taste)

- 1 cucumber (sliced into 12 rounds)
- Fresh cilantro (for garnish)
Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the Shrimp:
- Toss the shrimp with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until well coated.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side or until fully cooked and slightly charred. Remove from heat and set aside.
2️⃣ Make the Avocado Mash:
- In a bowl, mash the avocado with lime juice, chopped cilantro, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.
3️⃣ Assemble the Bites:
- Arrange the cucumber slices on a serving plate.
- Top each cucumber slice with a spoonful of avocado mash.
- Place one cooked shrimp on top of the avocado.
4️⃣ Garnish and Serve:
