  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tbsp butter

For the Alfredo Sauce:

  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning (adjust for spice level)
  • Salt and black pepper (to taste)

Garnish:

  • Fresh parsley (chopped)

Instructions

1️⃣ Cook the Pasta:

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta until al dente according to package instructions. Drain, toss with 1 tbsp olive oil, and set aside.

2️⃣ Prepare the Steak:

  1. Season the steak pieces with Cajun seasoning.
  2. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the steak pieces for 2-3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your preferred doneness. Remove and set aside.

3️⃣ Cook the Shrimp:

  1. Toss the shrimp with Cajun seasoning.
  2. In the same skillet, melt 1 tbsp butter over medium heat. Sear the shrimp for 2 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.

4️⃣ Make the Alfredo Sauce:

  1. In the same skillet, melt 3 tbsp butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
