- 3 large eggs

- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, melted butter, and cinnamon until combined.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes, then let cool.
2️⃣ Make the Cheesecake Filling:
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract, sour cream, and cinnamon.
- Pour the cheesecake filling over the cooled crust. Smooth the top with a spatula.

- Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until the center is just set. Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside with the door slightly ajar for 1 hour.
- Remove from the oven and let cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

- Arrange mini churros on top of the chilled cheesecake.
- Drizzle caramel sauce generously over the churros and sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon.
