For the Pasta & Sauce:
- 8 oz pasta (fusilli, penne, or fettuccine)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup chicken broth
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional for extra heat)
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1️⃣ Cook the Pasta:
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2️⃣ Season & Cook the Protein:
- In a bowl, toss shrimp and chicken with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and salt.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the chicken for 5-6 minutes until fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, cook shrimp for 2 minutes per side until pink and slightly crispy. Remove and set aside.
