Instructions
1️⃣ Cook the Chicken:
- Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add the chicken strips, season with salt and pepper, and cook until lightly browned (5-6 minutes).
- Remove the chicken and set aside.
2️⃣ Sauté Vegetables:
- In the same pot, heat the remaining 1 tbsp olive oil and butter.
- Add the onions and sauté until soft (about 3 minutes).
- Stir in the garlic and mushrooms, cooking until the mushrooms release their moisture and brown slightly (5-6 minutes).

- Sprinkle the flour over the sautéed vegetables and stir well to coat.

4️⃣ Simmer and Season:
- Add the thyme, smoked paprika, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
