  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or vegetable oil

For the Marinade:

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

For the Stir-Fry Sauce:

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 cup beef or chicken broth (optional, for added moisture)

Instructions

1️⃣ Marinate the Beef:

  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, sesame oil, and black pepper.
  2. Add the sliced beef and toss to coat well. Let it marinate for 15-20 minutes.

2️⃣ Prepare the Asparagus:

  1. Rinse and cut the asparagus into 2-inch pieces. Set aside.

3️⃣ Cook the Beef:

  1. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat with 1 tablespoon oil.
  2. Once hot, add the marinated beef and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned but not fully cooked.
  3. Remove the beef and set aside.

4️⃣ Cook the Asparagus and Garlic:

  1. In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of oil if needed.
