For the Marinade:
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
For the Stir-Fry Sauce:
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 cup beef or chicken broth (optional, for added moisture)
Instructions
1️⃣ Marinate the Beef:
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, sesame oil, and black pepper.
- Add the sliced beef and toss to coat well. Let it marinate for 15-20 minutes.
2️⃣ Prepare the Asparagus:
- Rinse and cut the asparagus into 2-inch pieces. Set aside.

- Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat with 1 tablespoon oil.
