Instructions
1️⃣ Cook the Pasta:
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the rigatoni until al dente, according to the package instructions. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water, then drain and set aside.

- Season the steak tips with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
