- 1 cup broccoli florets
- ½ red bell pepper (sliced)
- ½ zucchini (sliced)
- ½ cup kale (chopped)
- ½ small onion (sliced)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce (or coconut aminos for a healthier option)
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional, for extra depth of flavor)
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp olive oil (or avocado oil)
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
- Salt & black pepper (to taste)
- 1 tbsp green onions (chopped (for garnish))
- 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
1️⃣ Heat the Pan:
- In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tbsp olive oil over medium-high heat.
2️⃣ Sauté the Shrimp:
- Add shrimp to the pan and season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
- Remove from the pan and set aside.
3️⃣ Stir-Fry the Veggies:
- In the same pan, add onions, bell peppers, zucchini, and broccoli. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.
4️⃣ Add the Garlic & Kale:
- Push the veggies to one side and add garlic. Sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Mix in the kale and stir everything together.

- Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil, stirring to coat the veggies evenly.
