Instructions
1️⃣ Cook the Shrimp:
- Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the shrimp, season with paprika, salt, and pepper, and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove shrimp and set aside.
2️⃣ Sauté the Garlic:
- In the same skillet, add the remaining olive oil.
- Sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
3️⃣ Cook the Vegetables:
- Add green beans, yellow bell pepper, and cherry tomatoes to the skillet.
- Stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender but still crisp.
4️⃣ Combine and Finish:
- Return the shrimp to the skillet and toss everything together.
- Sprinkle with fresh thyme and stir well to combine.

- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley.
