Instructions

  2. Wash and dry the potatoes, then pierce each several times with a fork.
  3. Rub with olive oil and season with salt. Place directly on the oven rack and bake for 50–60 minutes, or until tender.

  1. While the potatoes bake, season the shrimp with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the shrimp and cook for 2–3 minutes per side, or until pink and cooked through. Set aside.
