- 1 red bell pepper (diced)
- 1 yellow bell pepper (diced)
- 1 small red onion (sliced)
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1/4 tsp red chili flakes (optional)
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and black pepper (to taste)
- Fresh basil (chopped (for garnish))
Instructions
1️⃣ Cook the Pasta:
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2️⃣ Sear the Steak:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the steak pieces with salt and pepper.
- Sear the steak in batches for 2-3 minutes per side until browned but still tender. Remove and set aside.
3️⃣ Cook the Vegetables:
- In the same skillet, add the bell peppers and red onion.
- Sauté for 4-5 minutes until softened.
- Add the minced garlic and red chili flakes (if using) and cook for 1 more minute.

- Pour in the beef broth, stirring to deglaze the pan and scrape up any browned bits.
- Lower the heat and stir in the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
- Simmer for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
