  • 1 lb baby potatoes
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)

Instructions

1️⃣ Roast the Potatoes:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss the baby potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika. Spread them on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes until crispy and tender.

2️⃣ Cook the Steaks:

  1. Season the ribeye steaks with salt and pepper. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the steaks for 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked to your preferred doneness. Let the steaks rest for 5 minutes.

3️⃣ Cook the Shrimp:

  1. In the same skillet, melt the butter and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute). Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque. Stir in the lemon juice and chopped parsley.

4️⃣ Assemble the Dish:

  1. Serve the steaks alongside the shrimp and roasted garlic butter potatoes. Drizzle the extra garlic butter sauce over the steak and shrimp.

5️⃣ Garnish:
