  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

🔹 For Topping:

  • 1 fresh burrata ball
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Fresh basil leaves (for garnish)

Instructions

1️⃣ Cook the Pasta:

  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
  3. Drain and toss with olive oil to prevent sticking.

2️⃣ Prepare the Tomato Basil Sauce:

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Pour in crushed San Marzano tomatoes, salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes, and sugar.
  4. Simmer for 10-15 minutes until the sauce thickens. Stir in fresh basil at the end.
