  • 1 tsp toasted pine nuts
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

1️⃣ Prepare the Avocado Spread:

  • Mash the avocado in a bowl with lemon juice, salt, and black pepper until smooth but slightly chunky.

2️⃣ Boil the Eggs:

  • Place eggs in a saucepan, cover with water, and bring to a boil.
  • Simmer for 10 minutes, then transfer to an ice bath for 5 minutes before peeling and slicing.

3️⃣ Toast the Bread:

  • Toast the slices of bread until golden and crispy.

4️⃣ Assemble the Toast:

  • Spread mashed avocado evenly on the toasted bread.
